A commercial complex launched in May 2024 in Duqm, comprising 14 retail shops and 2 floors of a total of 28 offices; designed to accommodate multiple uses including a mini-shopping mall, business hub for companies, banks, schools, nurseries, well positioned at the entrance of Duqm city near major industrial projects.
