Sadiq Jaffer Sulaiman is the Group CEO of Maysan Properties in Oman, a company he established in 2018. Sulaiman has held senior positions at Al Manar Construction, Rezone Property, and Al Khonji Real Estate & Development. He was recognized as one of the “Most Impactful Real Estate Leaders” by Forbes Middle East, ranking #98 in 2025 and #96 in 2024. During this time, Maysan Properties secured a contract with Khimji Ramdas for the Phase 1 construction of Maysan Square, serving clients such as Bank Muscat, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, and Shell Oman. In 2024, he received the “CEO of the Year” award at the Dossier Construction Awards & Summit, while Maysan Properties was honored with the “Best Residential Investment Property – Residences 1 Duqm” award, highlighting the company's commitment to design excellence, sustainability, quality, and innovation. Sulaiman is recognized as a forward-thinking and agile entrepreneurial leader, having previously served as Managing Partner at Onyx Realty.
